Born and raised in the Bay Area, Ashley Rodde brings a diverse and multifaceted background to her real estate career, making her uniquely equipped to serve her clients with a comprehensive set of skills and expertise.

Ashley began her academic journey at the Johnston Center for Integrative Studies at the University of Redlands before transitioning into small business lending with the National Development Council. This early career experience honed her skills in direct communication and negotiations, and gave her a deep understanding of closing documents, compliance, servicing, and liquidations. Over seven years in the lending industry, Ashley perfected her ability to communicate complex information clearly and efficiently.

After her time in lending, Ashley transitioned to the solar industry as a Project Manager with Sungevity in Oakland, CA. There, she expanded her skill set in managing construction conflicts and navigating regulatory hurdles to ensure timely project completions. This experience further sharpened her problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Seeking a change of pace, Ashley then worked as a personal trainer and swim coach, where she discovered the rewarding nature of sales and customer service through helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. This role deepened her commitment to providing excellent service and building lasting relationships.

Today, as a Realtor®, Ashley integrates all of these prior experiences to offer her clients exceptional service marked by efficiency, problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. With a focus on clear communication and a problem-solving mindset, Ashley helps her clients navigate the complexities of the real estate process with confidence and ease.
